Pat has been working on performance and impact measurement for organisations in the community, voluntary and social enterprise sector for over twenty-five years. Pat specialises in blending qualitative and quantitative research methods, combining primary and secondary data analysis, to enable colleagues deepen their understanding of the eco-system in which they operate. His approach is community-focussed, people-centred and rights-based.  He applies systems thinking / social ecology models from a ‘theory of change’ perspective on social impact management and measurement.  He has master’s degrees in Political Behaviour (Essex) and Social Behavioural Research (Ulster) and is a fellow of the Royal Statistical Society.
