Fergus joined Power to Change in September 2015 and oversees Power to Change’s approach to national and sector-specific community business infrastructure and capacity building.

He has 13 years’ experience enthusing and enabling diverse organisations and communities to exceed their potential. He started his career initially through leading a rural charity, Teesdale Village Halls Consortium, which liaised with 32 village halls and their associated communities. He then spent seven years in a regional manager role in the South West of England for Carers Trust, a UK wide charity supporting unpaid carers.
