Maj joined Power to Change in September 2016. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of Salesforce, our CRM. He works closely with the rest of the Power To Change team to improve and develop Salesforce, as well as providing training to increase user capability.
Previously, Maj worked at Locality and was involved in multiple national programmes such as the Community Organisers, Neighbourhood Planning and Community Ownership & Management of Assets to name a few. He absolutely loves working with data and putting data flows and processes in place to see how data is captured, used, and viewed. He enjoys building platforms in Salesforce for our customer relationship management and capturing our organisational activities. His career so far has all been in the charity sector where he has had the pleasure of being involved in making positive impacts across many communities in the country.
In his spare time, Maj enjoys playing and watching football, sea fishing and travelling the world. He does many charity fundraising challenges. His most recent one involved a 100-mile walk through the Sahara Desert.
