Giles Piercy spent 20 years as a management consultant supporting the transformation of local public service delivery.

He is Chair of Trustees of White City Enterprise, a Charity, operating in the White City Estate (Hammersmith and Fulham), that is actively creating opportunities for local people and local third sector organisations to have a greater say in the design and delivery of local services specifically focussing on health and wellbeing.  In 2014 he set up Locality Matters to support public service organisations that want to build stronger more resilient communities; communities that play a more active role in designing, commissioning, and delivering public services and thereby reducing pressure on statutory providers.
