Edward joined Power to Change in Spring 2018 and has worked on Digital Transformation and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), with a current focus on leading the DEI work.

Edward has worked in the disability rights sector, particular for Disabled People’s User Led Organizations since graduation from the University of Kent, having read Law. Past roles have included Advocate, Employment Support Officer, Training Officer and Disability Rights Caseworker.

The most fulfilling achievements of Edward’s career have been supporting individuals through the disability benefit appeals process. Representing people at tribunals and achieving success for the appellant, often recovering substantial sums of money and offering peace of mind to disabled individuals unduly rejected from support, has been a particular highlight.
