What is Next Generation Community Energy Peer Mentoring programme?
The Next Generation Community Energy Peer Mentoring programme aims to harness the skills, enthusiasm and expertise of the community energy sector. If you are keen to learn and share your skills, the programme could be for you.
The programme is managed by Co-operatives UK and funded by Power to Change. It builds on the learning and experience to date from the Next Generation programme. A variety of business models are currently being tested across England through the Innovation Fund, these include electric car clubs, heat pump trials, domestic flexibility services and setting up energy service companies for schools and new housing developments.
What can you apply for?
Working in cohorts you will be matched with experienced and skilled community energy mentors. Together you will share knowledge and experience and aim to tackle the wider challenges and opportunities in the community energy sector.
