4.1. You must register as a user of the Website to submit content of any kind. Power to Change Trust has absolute discretion as to whether to accept or reject your application to register as a user of the Website.

Your username must not be offensive or contain profanities. Power to Change Trust can use its discretion to determine whether a user name is appropriate.
