4.1. You must register as a user of the Website to submit content of any kind. Power to Change Trust has absolute discretion as to whether to accept or reject your application to register as a user of the Website.

4.2. When you register as a user of the Website you will select a username and password to access your user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Your username must not be offensive or contain profanities. Power to Change Trust can use its discretion to determine whether a user name is appropriate.

If the Power to Change Trust suspects that the information provided is incorrect, misleading, or not true then the Power to Change Trust may suspend or terminate your account.
