Power to Change, the organisation set up to support and grow community businesses in England, has made further steps in its commitment to being a fair and equal opportunities employer by signing up to the London Living Wage and is Disability Confident Committed.

Power to Change, the organisation set up to support and grow community businesses in England, has made further steps in its commitment to being a fair and equal opportunities employer by signing up to the London Living Wage and is Disability Confident Committed.

“Like community businesses, we want to be totally inclusive, which is why we are working towards becoming a Disability Confident Employer.” said Marie Staunton, Interim Chief Executive of Power to Change. “We also want to pay people fairly, whether they are interns or directors, and have committed to pay the Living Wage which is higher than the national minimum wage.

“Power to Change has a truly exciting opportunity to transform the lives of people and communities across England. In order to fulfil our ambitions we need outstanding individuals to join our team – people who can help us capitalise on the good work already being done and catalyse and stimulate new approaches.”
