Are you running a community business? Do you want to grow by increasing your sales? We could support you through the Community Business Trade Up Programme.
The programme is run by School for Social Entrepreneurs, in partnership with Power to Change. It will help up the leaders of up to 100 community businesses across England with:
- A learning programme of 12 days spread over six months
- A grant of up to £10,000
- A community of people running organisations like yours
This programme will help you increase sales and trading, so that your business can become more sustainable. If you are a community group who has an idea for a business then the Community Business Bright Ideas Fund is for you. More mature enterprises looking for funding for a business development project should look to the Community Business Fund.
The Community Business Trade Up Programme runs from January to July 2018. Courses will run from eight locations across England; Midlands, Cornwall, Devon (delivered from Bristol) , Ipswich, North West (mainly delivered in Liverpool), London, Winchester and Yorkshire & Humber and North East (delivered from York).
Applications are now open and close on October 11 2017. School for Social Entrepreneurs can help you determine your eligibility ahead of submitting a full application , if you fill out an Expression of Interest form by the end of August.
